What happens if we move address?
We will move your account if your new address is in the area we cover
What happens if I do not need a cleaner for a short period of time?
We can pause your account until you are ready to resume our services
Can I meet the cleaner first?
Yes, you can also book a trial cleans to see how the cleaner works’ if you are pleases with their performance then they would become your regular cleaner.
Will Swiss Cleaning be able to provide a cleaner should my regular cleaner become sick or on holiday?
We can provide temporary cover should you cleaner not be able to work that day.
Is there a minimum time period for a cleaning service?
There is a minimum of 2 hours cleaning or ironing regular cleaning and 3 hours for one-off cleaning per session.
Can my cleaner come when I am at work?
You can leave a set of Keys with the cleaner you do not have to be there to let the cleaner in
Will I have the same cleaner each week?
You would have the same cleaner, We would not replace the cleaner unless you request Us to do so
Is there insurance?
We are insured against loss and damage to goods
Is there anything not considered general / regular cleaning?
We do not provide, cleaning carpets, upholstery, walls, ceilings, very high or external windows & curtain/blinds, if you require these services let us know and will enquire costs through our associate partners.
Do you provide cleaning material/ equipment/product?
We do not provide cleaning material such as cloths and or a Vacuum cleaner as we have found this to be the most economical option and also for hygiene reasons not wanting to use cleaning material that could transfers bacteria, dust mites etc.. from one client to another.
If however you require products let us know and we can purchase them at an extra cost.
What if there is a complaint or comment?
Please get in contact with us and we will endeavour to resolve it.
What If I have pets?
Please let us know and we will send you a cleaner who is happy to work around cats and dogs
What happens if we go on holiday?
If you go away and do not need the cleaner let us know as soon as possible. You do not have to pay the cleaner but the agency fee may still apply depending on the duration.
How often will you clean my house?
We offer weekly, fortnightly and monthly
